Canadians need visa even for shot-term trips!
Save this article to your travelbookIn general, it is no problem for most western people to stay in the Czech Republic for less than 90 days. Only if you stay longer you probably have to get a long-term visa or do one of the famous border-trips. The only exception I know so far is Canada. They have to get a visa which is not obtainable at the border. You have to get it at a Chzech embassy in a foreign capital. If you want to avoid any problems you should get it already in Canada itself.
